Services and Bookings
Aaron Aldhizer Photography provides professional wedding photography services in Cleveland, Ohio, and the surrounding areas.
Booking inquiries can be made through the contact information provided on the website. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure the date for photography services. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Aaron Aldhizer Photography reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at their discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the client, the retainer is non-refundable. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within [Number] days of the event date, the full balance remains payable. Pricing and Payments

Image Delivery and Usage
Aaron Aldhizer Photography will deliver the edited high-resolution digital images to the client within 8-12 weeks from the event date, as specified in the contract. The client receives personal usage rights for the delivered images, allowing them to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes. Aaron Aldhizer Photography retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio. Aaron Aldhizer Photography respects client privacy and will not sell or license images to third parties without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability
Aaron Aldhizer Photography takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and backup of client images but is not responsible for any loss or damage to the images due to unforeseen circumstances. Aaron Aldhizer Photography is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss incurred during the provision of services or at the event venue. The total liability of Aaron Aldhizer Photography shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, United States.
