As a wedding photographer, I get asked all the time which venues are my favorites to shoot at and Shermichael Woods in Aliquippa, PA is up there. After having the privilege of capturing Alyvia and Brandon’s wedding there, I knew I wanted to write a proper piece on this wedding venue, because it genuinely delivers everything a wedding photographer dreams about.

Watching them feed each other cake with genuine, messy laughter (and a little bit of frosting on the nose) reminded me why I love candid wedding photography.
